Starting her career in an office that helped people nationwide become notaries and develop their skills, Colleen has been in the notary industry for 20+ years. After building a career in corporate finance, she has applied business strategies and built the systems that keep notary appointments flowing in every day.

How we got here?

2010

Colleen had a notary stamp from her prior job. Needing extra cash, she created a notary side business with a basic website and Yelp page.

2016

The year they got married,

Aaron quit his well paying sales job go all in with the notary business because he was making $100+

per 30 minute notary appointment.

2017

When they had their first baby, the didn't have to invest in child care.

Aaron ran the notary business taking appointments in evenings and weekends and

Colleen worked a 9-5 job.

2020

The pandemic hit, they had baby #2, but they stayed focused on business sytems and had our first six figure year.

Plus RON became available in our state, diversifying our income

2024

We started The Notary Training Team to help other notaries (like you) build a successful, sustainable business, where ever they were at, because we’ve been there too!
